If you are unsure and would like a friendly voice to ask, please give me a ring!
We have a number of items that you can hire to avoid having to pack the kitchen sink! Please check our Packages and Prices page for details. We do hire single ring gas stoves and cooking equipment. You are welcome to bring barbeques, however please read our terms & conditions for the safe use of these around our tents and check with your campsite their individual regulations.
This is a deposit for the Tent/s and equipment to cover any loss, damage, excess cleaning charges, it is very unlikely that we would need to charge against this and in the huge majority of bookings this deposit is fully refunded.

Okay so you might want to consider price and geography when you choose your ferry company and crossing. Wightlink have car ferry services from Lymington to Yarmouth and Portsmouth to Fishbourne as well as a passenger link from Portsmouth to Ryde Pier Head. Red Funnel Ferries offer a car ferry service from Southampton to East Cowes and a passenger service from Southampton to West Cowes. Hovertravel offer a passenger flight from Southsea to Ryde seafront. There are often special offers and it is a good idea to book your journey early!!
That old chestnut! Well we of course cannot make any guarantees for the weather when you are here. We will still provide your Tent/s and equipment whatever the weather unless deemed unsafe to do so. Our Tent/s are all treated canvas and waterproof and extremely sturdy in windy conditions. We are very lucky in that we enjoy a micro climate here on the Isle of Wight so fingers crossed for bright blue skies and sunny days!
Our bell tents require a 7m x 7m pitch space, with no overhead obstacles and a flat preferably grass site.
