The information we have is provided by our customers to place their booking with us. Their bank details are held until we have processed the refund of their deposit and will be deleted immediately after the payment is processed. 

Customers name and email information will be held for future marketing of special offers. If you would prefer not to be contacted in the future you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at .

All information is kept securely on an encrypted computer, no paper copies are held at any time. We will not share your personal information with anybody else (unless you ask us to contact a campsite on your behalf)
